Service Engineer

Join Fluke Corporation as a Service Engineer, where your responsibilities revolve around the creation, implementation, and upkeep of methods for servicing new and customer-owned products, including manufacturing and service operation sequences, specifications, and equipment requirements. Be a part of new product introductions and support released product plans. Key performance measurements include safety, quality, cost, and efficiency among others.

Responsibilities :

• Perform service engineering assignments associated with the integrity of product design to ensure quality and cost-effective service.
• Advise on existing capabilities, equipment, facilities, and standard practices for product or service development.
• Coordinate with support groups to develop capabilities and capacities in line with new workflows.
• Ensure service efficiency while meeting quality, cost, operating specifications, and standards.
• Apply the principles of the Fortive Business System (FBS Tools) for process improvement.
• Plan, define, and implement new systems and processes; provide necessary training for new product introductions.
• Lead and implement projects of varying complexity and scope.
• Influence new designs by informing design engineering about existing production capabilities, facilities, standard practices.

Everett, WA : The salary range for this position is $70,495- $130,985

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to : job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 65,100.00 - 120,900.00
