About The Position

Job Title : RN Endoscopy

Experience : Minimum Years of Experience Required

License : Registered Nurse (RN), Multi-State Compact License required upon hire

Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire

Must-Have : Knowledge of nursing process and practice

Must-Have : Proficiency in using a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs

Description :

Provides safe, efficient, age-specific nursing care to patients and families.

Utilizes the nursing process to assist patients in attaining, maintaining, regaining, and sustaining optimal health status.

Implements the nursing process by delivering effective, relationship-based nursing care.

Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery, resulting in safe practice and positive care outcomes.

Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively to optimize patient care and clinical operations.

Engages in self-development and contributes to the professional practice of nursing.

Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes.

Performs other assigned duties as needed.

Complies with all policies and standards.

Maintains confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI) for patients.

Participates in annual training and adheres to the relevant code of conduct and policies.
