Key Responsibilities
Process prior authorization requests and perform clinical research to support reviews
Complete prior authorization approvals and denials while maintaining accurate documentation
Handle high volumes of inquiry calls and communicate prior authorization status or decisions
Required Qualifications
National Pharmacy Technician certification and applicable state Pharmacy Technician license
1-5+ years of Pharmacy Prior Authorization processing experience
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
Good organizational skills
High school diploma or G.E.D
