Responsibilities :

Content Creation & Strategy : Devise and implement innovative content strategies aligned with our brand objectives, focusing on both video and static content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
Video Editing & Graphic Design : Utilize tools such as Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva to produce visually striking video and graphic content.
Social Media Management : Take charge of our social media accounts, aiming to surpass the 10,000 followers milestone through engaging, trend-driven content.
Engagement & Growth : Employ strategies to boost follower interaction and brand visibility, leveraging your understanding of social media algorithms.
Content Analysis : Regularly evaluate content performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to maintain content consistency and brand messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications :

Experience : 2-3 years in marketing or content creation, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, graphic design, and social media content.

Skills : Proficiency in Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and a deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms.

Education : a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.

Social Media Savvy : Experience managing and growing social media accounts; personal accounts with a large following are advantageous.

Creativity : ability to craft engaging memes and content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Communication : strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :
