As an EHS Orientation Trainer, you will play a critical role in shaping the first impressions and long-term success of our new hires. You’ll deliver engaging, safety-focused onboarding programs that ensure employees are well-prepared, confident, and compliant from day one. Your expertise will help foster a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding training sessions for new employees, both in classroom and hands-on environments.
- Create new and update existing training material, manuals, and presentations to align with current safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct evaluations to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department leaders and onboarding and training coordinators to tailor onboarding experiences to specific roles and operational needs.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety requirements.
Experience Required :
OSHA 30 Authorized Trainer (Construction)3–5 years of experience delivering classroom-based training3–5 years of experience in training content development1–2 years of hands-on training experienceExperience Preferred :
