Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Forecasting Manager as an individual contributor, creating forecasts for depot-level maintenance events occurring within the F135 propulsion system depot repair network. This position is on a high-visibility F135 Sustainment team that supports three key team deliverables : conducting forecasting, powerplant engineering, and shop visit cost management. The successful Forecast Manager goes where there is no path and forges a path for others to follow, in the form of strategic program maintenance planning.

What You Will Do :

• Drive forecast development and production, process maturity.
• Collect and validate input and output data using a focus on statistics for logistics forecast model runs.
• Tactical and strategic planning for program initiatives and accountability of such within the forecasting tools.
• Collaboration with the F135 program internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Powerplant Engineering, Affordability, Supply Chain, CAIPTs, Asset Management, and the Joint Program Office.
• Identify process improvement & automation opportunities and customer requirement gaps in current processes and advocate for implementation.
• Identify Cost Savings and Life Cycle Cost Reduction opportunities related to business planning via forecasting.
• Travel 10% (Domestic and International).

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
