Key Responsibilities
Supervises the day-to-day activities of the utilization management team
Monitors compliance with performance, quality, and efficiency standards
Collaborates with the team to address complex member care issues and identifies opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Registered Nurse (RN) license for California
Graduate of an accredited nursing school or Bachelor's degree
4+ years of related experience in utilization management
Knowledge of utilization management principles preferred
Ability to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST)
