Key Responsibilities
Support process definition, re-engineering, and improvement during customer workshops
Guide customers in documentation, user stories, and testing strategies for ServiceNow solutions
Lead technical project delivery and provide oversight for development and best practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
4+ years of experience with web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, AJAX)
Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and JavaScript
ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer Certifications required
Experience with relational databases and project backlog management
