A solar Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling installation dates for projects while keeping customers and team members informed during each step of the install process. They coordinate with the service, operations, and account manager teams to provide collaboration within the organization. Additionally, the Scheduling Project coordinator communicates with clients to ensure excellent customer service and also handle customer needs, should any issues arise.
