A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Advocate to support clients with employee benefit enrollment calls.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls professionally and positively, providing support to clients
Document caller inquiries accurately and ensure compliance in processing transactions
Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution
Required Qualifications
Prior service center or customer service experience is required
Experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider is preferred
Strong customer-centric mindset and teamwork orientation
Comfortable with technology and exceptional phone etiquette
Internet speeds above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
