Job Title : Administrative - File Clerk II
Location : 100 S California St Tower 1_B700, Burbank, CA 91505 (Hybrid)
Duration : 6 months (Possibility for Extension)
Note : It will be at Burbank, CA onsite for 5 days a week during the training period (4-6 weeks training) and move to company policy which is hybrid, 3 days in 2 days wfh. core business hours.
Project Overview
We are initiating a large-scale file organization project within a historical file room. This role will be instrumental in evaluating physical files, determining which records to archive or scan, and helping to execute the end-to-end project successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and sort large volumes of physical records in a historical file room.
- Determine the appropriate action for each file : archive or scan.
- Execute scanning and / or archiving of files in line with internal procedures.
- Compile, copy, sort, and maintain records of business transactions and other activities.
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries as needed.
- Communicate with employees and other stakeholders to explain processes, provide updates, and respond to questions or complaints.
- Maintain filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems in both physical and digital formats.
- Proofread, record, and validate data in reports or system entries.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative or clerical experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without constant supervision.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Soft Skills
