Internal to FAST Labs, the R3 Product Line is seeking a Program Engineering Manager to support programs in our Converged Solution (CS) and RF Exploitation Architectures (REXAS) Tech Areas. These Tech Areas develop novel technologies ranging from the next generation of new RF / cyber algorithms to demonstration of advanced EW capabilities in integrated systems at government ranges Due to the varying sizes of R&D programs, a Program Engineering Manager (PEM) may be required to oversee multiple R&D efforts in the different Tech Areas.

The following is a breakdown of responsibilities for the PEM role within R3 :

• Serve as engineering focal point for all activity within the projects including strategic planning, bid and proposal support for engineering content, engineering strategy and integrated plans on programs, engineering staffing, issue reporting, and risk and opportunity management
• Project execution leadership to technical team; plan, execute, and manage all engineering efforts within the project. This includes tailoring company processes and procedure to execute research programs
• Partner and collaborate with program managers, functional engineering managers, subcontractors, and customers, and factories to ensure program goals, requirements, and needs are understood and achieved
• Monitor project plans and execution to ensure technical and work scope requirements, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained
• Effectively communicate with clear, concise messaging to teams and leadership

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and / or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $130355 - $221603

Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
