Job Summary

We're seeking energetic Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you'll canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners face-to-face, identify needs for roofing, siding, and gutter services, and close deals that boost curb appeal and home value.

Location : Columbus and surrounding cities.

Employment Type : W-2 Full-Time & Part-Time positions. Hourly pay + bonus commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Canvassing : Go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods (post-storm or high-potential areas) to generate leads. Conduct free, no-obligation inspections for roofs, siding, and gutters.
  • Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling in-home demos, educate homeowners on solutions (e.g., hail-resistant shingles, durable vinyl siding, seamless gutters), and guide them through insurance claims if applicable.
  • Closing Deals : Build rapport, overcome objections, and secure contracts. Aim for 5-10 appointments per day, with a focus on converting 20-30% into signed jobs.
  • Marketing Support : Distribute flyers, leverage digital tools for follow-ups, and collaborate on community events to expand our reach.
  • Follow-Up : Maintain CRM records, nurture leads via calls / texts, and ensure smooth handoffs to our installation teams.
  • Compliance & Safety : Adhere to local regulations, use provided safety gear, and represent our brand with integrity - no high-pressure tactics.

Qualifications

  • Experience : 1+ years in sales preferred (door-to-door, home improvement, or retail a plus). Roofing / siding / gutter knowledge is a bonus but not required - we'll train you!
  • Skills : Outgoing personality, strong communication, resilience to rejection, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Comfortable with tech (apps for estimates, CRM).
  • Personal Traits : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player. Must be 21+ and able to work outdoors in varying weather.
  • Education : High school diploma required; marketing / sales degree a plus.
