Independently set up and operate Kammann K-15 and Fermac F-12 screen printing presses to print glass bottles. Ensure efficient production, quality output, and compliance with safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, optimize, and operate automatic screen printing presses.
- Perform changeovers between jobs, adjusting screens, inks, and tooling as needed.
- Troubleshoot print issues to maintain consistent print quality and minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure print meet specifications.
