A company is looking for a Channel Program Manager responsible for developing and managing global distribution programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and negotiate Sales, Marketing, Incentive Programs (SMIP) and oversee regional and global rebate-based programs
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures to ensure program visibility and accountability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve program performance and drive growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
7-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or program management within a distribution or industrial sales environment
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
Familiarity with industry standards, business operations, and regulatory requirements
Experience in organizing and leading strategic programs and events
