One of the New York Metropolitan Area’s Leading Civil Negligence Defense Firms. We are currently expanding our Medical Malpractice Defense team and are seeking multiple experienced attorneys to join our Long Island office.

    • Job Details

    We are seeking skilled Medical Malpractice Defense Attorneys with a strong background in defending hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals in complex litigation.

    Qualifications :

  • Education : Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensure : Admission to the New York State Bar
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years of Medical Malpractice and / or Insurance Defense litigation experience.
  • Other relevant experience includes general liability matters inclusive of slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect.
  • Bonus Experience : 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
