The Opportunity : Grow Your Career. Our Merchandise Assistants provide diversified support for multiple buyers in a dynamic fast-paced work environment. Our Merchandise Assistants possess strong communication skills and act as a liaison between the Buyers, Internal Business Partners, and the Vendor Community. They must also possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. They are resourceful and confident in problem solving. They must be able to work well independently as well as in a team.
Compiti E Responsabilita' :
- Gestione delle comunicazioni con i venditori / fornitori.
- Supporto nelle attivit di inserimento ordini e follow up per i Buyer, interfaccia con i colleghi delle sedi estereper la gestione degli ordini stessi.
- Supporto amministrativo (back-office) e redazione lettere, documenti, email.
- Compilazione ed analisi dati ai fini della redazione di reports utili all'attivit del Buyer di riferimento.
- Supportare il Buyer nell'organizzazione di riunioni, conferenze e viaggi.
- Front-desk, accoglienza colleghi delle sedi estere, visitatori e corrieri.
Competenze Professionali Richieste :
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. La lingua inglese viene utilizzata in modo primario, in forma scritta e orale, per tutte le comunicazioni aziendali.Proattivit e comunicazione in un ambiente internazionale all'interno del quale l'interazione con i colleghi delle sedi estere quotidiana.Conoscenza dei sistemi informatici in particolare Microsoft Excel.Problem solving e gestione delle priorit.Position : Merchandise Assistant belonging to L. 68 / 99 categories

Support Buyers in preparing for their Market weekCo-ordinate and communicate Buyers weekly itinerariesSupport Buyers in writing orders and updating POsManage and track product samples efficientlySupport Buyers in the Market and act as point of contact.Maintain vendor information and assist with filingJoin key appointments to support order writingSupport the team with general administration (post, faxes, photocopying, setting up new buyers, expenses, holiday maintenance, etc).Organize travel for buying / intake teams.Support Buyers in preparing for style out, strategy and other meetings (strategy packs, mood boards, samples).May be involved in business travelling based on Company's needs.Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience :
