Food Crew Member

Tropical Smoothie Café is seeking energetic, friendly crew members who thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment. The ideal candidate is service‑oriented, positive, and passionate about helping create a welcoming experience for guests, while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and assemble smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads (or similar menu items) according to brand recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all workstations : kitchen, smoothie stations, dining area, restrooms.
• Monitor and restock supplies : ingredients, packaging, utensils, etc.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) register, accurately handle cash and cards, manage the cash drawer.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines in handling and preparing food. Clean equipment, follow safety protocols.
• Assist with opening or closing duties as needed.
• Work with the team to maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere (Tropical Smoothie refers to this as “Tropitude”).
• Perform other duties as required to ensure smooth café operation.
• Complete assign training on time.
