REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with AirTable
- Airtable configuration and project-based application experience is required
- Strong background in managing large-scale transitions and projects, with a track record of successfully implementing new capabilities.
- Experience communicating and collaborating across functions and departments to drive change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas to various audiences and translate business requirements into actionable objectives.
- Familiarity with large retail operational environments is highly preferred.

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Airtable Implementation Lead to oversee the transition and effective implementation of Airtable as a key operational tool for a global retail apparel client headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon. This role requires expertise in Airtable configuration and transition management, along with a strategic ability to collaborate across departments to drive impactful results. This role will be onsite Monday-Thursday in Beaverton, Oregon, with remote flexability on Friday's.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and drive the transition to Airtable across the organization, ensuring alignment with team goals and timelines.Develop a clear roadmap for Airtable, balancing strategic objectives and practical requirements.Collaborate closely with two Airtable project managers who are configuration experts, supporting them in establishing and refining the Airtable configuration roadmap.Directly configure Airtable to support project managers and meet deadlines, ensuring it aligns with organizational needs and operational efficiencies.Own the transition process end-to-end, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating training, resolving issues, and securing buy-in across departments.Facilitate training sessions and regular updates on Airtable best practices and functionality.
