Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an X-ray Technologist with 2-3 years of experience and BLS certification for a rotating shift assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is in an imaging radiology unit within a hospital setting
  • Rotating shifts including two 12-hour and two 8-hour shifts each week
  • Schedule includes every third weekend with hours of 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM and 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM
  • No call required for this position
  • Work involves use of C-arm equipment (OEC 9900s) in the operating room
  • Primary duties involve performing diagnostic radiographic procedures and assisting with intraoperative imaging
  • Assignment length is 13 weeks
  • Rotating shift schedule may require flexibility
  • No housing expenses are provided with this assignment

  • 2-3 years of experience as an X-ray Technologist
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Experience and comfort working with C-arms in the OR is required
  • Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility for consideration
  • License required if applicable
