NPI Project Manager II

Arrow Electronics is currently seeking a dedicated New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Manager. In this role you will be managing projects, processing coordination, and handling stakeholder engagement.

The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Project, and the ability to manage complex projects and business processes.

As a hybrid position, it offers a dynamic mix of customer-facing responsibilities and internal collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Leading complex cross functional and global projects.
  • Leads project calls, assigns work and manages project to timeline and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder managementLeads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Creation of project related process documents.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new and existing employees with regard to policies and procedures related to project outcomes (for both Project Management and Green Belt disciplines).

We're Looking For :

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of NPI Project Management
  • Previous experience working at a supplier in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of client relationship management and service delivery expectations
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
  • Works independently; receives minimal guidance
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products / services or processes
  • Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist
  • Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff
  • Works and helps lead engineers.
  • Understands engineering processes
  • Understands business processes
  • Jira and Microsoft Project experience
  • Nice to haves : Green Belt Certification, Project Management Professional Certification
  • Experience / Education :

  • Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience with a 4-year degree.
  • Engineering or technical degree.
  • Experience with NPI projects.
