Job Title : Customer Experience Planner & Operations Lead

Location : Alpharetta, GA – Onsite (Full-Time, 5 Days / Week)

Employment Type : 2-Year Contract

About the Role

Are you passionate about elevating the customer journey and driving cross-functional collaboration? We're seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Customer Experience Planner & Operations Lead to join our Graphic Experience team. This high-impact role will serve as the operational hub between customer engagement, internal planning, and execution—ensuring every touchpoint is seamless, on-brand, and strategically aligned with commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and coordination of customer-centric programs and initiatives
  • Drive internal demos, sales enablement, and event execution in partnership with Sales and Marketing
  • Comfort with reporting, data tracking and translating insights into action (Key differentiator)
  • Hands-on experience working with Power BI for reporting
  • Shape and implement customer experience strategies to optimize engagement across channels
  • Provide operational support and insights using data-driven reporting and basic Power BI tools
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure internal projects meet brand, budget, and timeline expectations
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence through thoughtful project oversight

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience, sales operations, marketing planning, or project management
  • Proven success in a cross-functional, sales-led environment
  • Skilled at managing internal stakeholders, organizing complex initiatives, and executing with excellence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
  • Strong communicator with a passion for crafting seamless and memorable customer journeys
