Role Overview :
We are looking for an ultra-organized and hard-working Ad Operations & Partnerships Campaign Coordinator excited to support our Director of Account Management and sales team in delivering seamless advertising experiences across our growing content ecosystem. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to excel at a high volume workload–making diligent real-time progress at a fast pace. This role sits at the intersection of creative operations, campaign logistics, client communications, and branded content programming. You will play a vital role in partnerships campaigns by keeping client materials and reporting outputs organized, polished, and timely.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Operations
- Enter and maintain branded campaign data across internal systems (Asana, Google Sheets, Branded Campaign Trackers)
- Build and manage campaign timelines from post-signature through completion
- Maintain an internal glossary of brand guidelines, logos, ad copy, and talking points
- Populate live tracking links for all campaigns into both internal and client-facing tracking systems
- Support scheduling and inventory audits for current and upcoming ad campaigns
- Send live ad links to brand clients
Ad Performance & Reporting
Use Sprout and other analytics platforms to gather post performance metricsWork cross-functionally to compile client-facing campaign recap decksPodcast Ad Trafficking
Manage ad copy trafficking for podcast partnersServe as point of contact for brand materials related to AFM’s podcast advertisingEnsure up-to-date documentation of promo codes, copy, logos, banners, and formatting guidelinesSend podcast air checks to brand clientsBranded Asset Organization and Inventory
Initiate and organize product sends from brand partners on behalf of in-house creatorsReceive and organize incoming brand shipmentsManage merch and product flow for shoots and branded contentWorkflow & Communication Support
Ensure internal task management tools are accurately maintained on a daily basisHold stakeholders accountable to documentation and reporting responsibilitiesSupport the Account Management and Sales teams with scheduling, organization, and communication as neededQualifications :
1–3 years of experience as an executive assistant in the entertainment industry or working in ad operations, campaign coordination, or a similar roleFamiliarity with project management tools (Asana, etc.)Highly proficient in G-Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)Experience with social analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout) a plusExceptional attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsCompensation & Benefits :
