Job Description :

Insight Global is seeking a full-time PTA to help make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults in St Joseph, MI. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, youll deliver personalized, one-on-one care in our Day Health Center.

Key Responsibilities :

• Carry out individualized therapy plans developed by the Physical Therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and group maintenance therapy
• Support participants in the center
• Coordinate and monitor durable medical equipment (DME)
• Educate caregivers and families on therapy-related care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards

Qualifications :

Plusses :

Compensation : $29 / hr to $34 / hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
