A company is looking for a Hospitality Sales Support Coordinator to support its Regional Hospitality Sales & Custom Customer Service team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for local market customers and manage inquiries, order processing, and project setup in Salesforce
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely communication
Track and follow up on sample requests, mockup submissions, and scheduled shipments to meet project deadlines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer-facing roles, with familiarity in tools such as Salesforce
Familiarity with order entry systems and claims processing tools is beneficial
Commercial experience is strongly preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
