Overview

Omega Technical Services is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives across the Department of Energy (DOE), including National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and other critical infrastructure markets. This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving strategic pursuits from capture through award, shaping competitive strategies, and strengthening Omega's market position. The ideal candidate will blend deep capture management expertise with hands-on proposal development and executive-level business development leadership.

Responsibilities

Business Development Leadership

• Develop and execute business development strategies that align with Omega's long-term growth objectives.
• Drive pipeline development, account planning, and expansion into new and adjacent markets.
• Capture Management

Lead capture activities from opportunity identification through proposal submission and award.

Provide leadership and oversight to ensure proposals are compliant, compelling, and customer-focused.

Support Vice President, Strategic Growth in representing Omega in key client meetings, industry events, and community engagement activities.

Support and guide gate reviews, bid / no-bid decisions, and business development reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Growth.
