Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Medical Ultrasound Technologist with at least 1 year of recent sonography experience for a 13-week day shift travel assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Position is for a Medical Sonographer in a hospital setting
  • Shift is from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs
  • Up to 5 days of requested time off is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
  • Candidates living within 50 miles are eligible for a local contract
  • Subcontractor staff within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at a local facility before a 1-year separation or transfer is required
  • Canadian SINs are not accepted

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in medical ultrasound
  • Active license required at the time of consideration if applicable
  • No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
  • All certifications must be valid for at least the first 30 days of assignment, or documentation of scheduled renewal must be provided
  • Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
