- Monday–Friday, standard business hours
- W2 Contract
ROLE IMPACT
The Title Services team supports a wide array of processes critical to title release, recovery, auctions, and repossessions, setting it apart from other operational areas. This role provides essential customer and vendor support, ensures compliance with state and internal guidelines, and helps streamline high-volume workflows. Success in this position is defined by accuracy, adaptability, and the ability to deliver excellent service in a dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support title-related processes including title release, recovery, deficiency resolution, vendor reporting, contract return, and repossession / auction title managementManage communications across four group emails, multiple mail processes, and internal case systemsProvide phone support as needed, engaging with customers, vendors, dealers, dealer relationship managers, and state DMVsAssist with lease-to-retail conversions, title deficiency recovery, and Florida Direct transactionsParticipate in meetings with auction houses, regional operations managers, and internal partners as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred1+ year professional experience in business operations or customer servicePrevious Auto Title experience is a mustStrong organizational and multitasking abilities in high-volume work settingsLegally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
Title Management Systems (TMS) and case management toolsMicrosoft Office SuitePhone, email, and mail-based customer communication channelsPREFERRED SKILLS
