What We Need to See :
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in data centers or large engineering labs.
- Familiarity with source control systems such as Git or Perforce.
- Proficiency with DCIM tools (e.g., Nautobot) and scripting / automation using shell, Python, or Ansible.
- Working knowledge of network protocols and services (TCP / IP, DNS, NFS, SSL).
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
