Location : Santa Rosa, CA

Position Type : Full-Time

Pay : $45.00 - $55.00 per hour (DOE)

Benefits : Company Paid Medical, Dental & Vision, 401k Retirement with Company Match, Company Truck & Cell Phone, Paid Weekly, Paid Time Off

Schedule : Monday to Friday (some weekends)

Shift : Swing Shift with Start time at 3 : 00 PM. Overtime as needed

Your Role

As a Mobile Diesel Mechanic, you\'ll play a vital role in keeping our fleet on the road. Your daily responsibilities will include :

• Conducting inspections, diagnostics, and routine maintenance on diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
• Performing necessary repairs to ensure the safety and efficiency of our vehicles.

Qualifications

1+ years in commercial fleet maintenance.

Welding certification and tool proficiency (Preferred)

A clean driving record is essential; CDL with a Tanker endorsement is preferred.

Ability to work independently and tackle challenges head-on.

Compensation

$5,000 Hiring Bonus

$5,000 paid out over 1 year ($1,000 after 3 months, $2,000 after 6 months and $2,000 after 1 year). Conditions apply. Paid on the first pay period of the following month after completion.
