Your Role :

• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage to ensure patient needs are met.
• Handle 0 - 6 patient encounters per shift, offering personalized care.
• Manage 0 - 2 admissions per shift, ensuring smooth transitions for patients.
• Conduct 0 - 6 phone consults per shift, providing expert advice remotely.
• Round on assigned patients to monitor their progress and adjust care as needed.
