Engineering Manager

Selectek is seeking direct-hire candidates to fill an Engineering Manager role with a partnering company in Covington, Georgia. The firm is looking for candidates to lead operations at their plant location.

Employment Type : Direct Hire Expected Pay Range : $100,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience and certification Location : Covington, Georgia

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, OR equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering field
  • Thorough understanding of plant engineering, industrial engineering, and tooling.
  • 5+ years of experience in supervisory roles is preferred

In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the client's request. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.

Job Details :

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in the department
  • Oversee daily department workflow
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with other members of leadership team to set and assess priorities across teams.
  • Assess cost effectiveness and feasibility of manufacturing process
  • Guide development and execution of plant renovation and expansion activities
