Scapesgroup,LLC (Scapes), a leading residential landscape company based in Roswell, GA, is seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Care & Account Manager to join our growing maintenance division.
At Scapes, we manage some of the most impressive residential landscapes across the metro Atlanta area. You’ll join a collaborative team backed by over 100 years of combined experience, dedicated to excellence in service, design, and maintenance.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Sell new maintenance and enhancement services
- Conduct property inspections and ensure quality control
- Collaborate with production staff and subcontractors to deliver top-tier service
- Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns
