Engineering Manager

We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Engineering Manager to step into a critical leadership role and help us standardize, scale, and elevate our engineering function.

The Opportunity :

This is an opportunity to build and own the engineering function of a rapidly scaling organization. As Engineering Manager, you will be involved with world-class OEM customers guiding projects from RFQ through execution. You will bring structure, command, and process to a talented engineering team, transforming them into a high-performance unit.

This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives in autonomy, wants to put their stamp on a growing business, and is ready to be both strategist and builder.

Key Responsibilities :

Build a robust, standardized engineering process.

Lead structural design and analysis, including wind loading, frame strength, lifting diagrams, and bolt calculations.

Act as the primary technical liaison for OEM customers.

Mentor and develop the engineering team, driving standardization and continuous improvement.
