Job Title : SMT Operator I

Location : Seymour, CT

Pay Rate : $21–$23 / hour

Shift : 1st Shift 7 : 00am – 3 : 30pm

Experience Required : Previous electronics manufacturing experience

Job Description :

Operate screen printer, paste inspection, pick-and-place, and reflow oven. Work closely with team members to set up and run jobs on machines as directed by the supervisor.

Key Duties :

• Communicate effectively and professionally with team members.
• Troubleshoot minor issues; escalate larger problems to supervisor.
• Maintain attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Follow safety policies and work in compliance with OSHA and SDS standards.
• Use (Aegis) software and follow component identification procedures.

Pay Details : $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
