To provide interns with information and opportunities to explore different areas of the Rooms Division including the following : front desk, PBX operator, Night Audit, Reservations, Guest Relations and Housekeeping (supervisory duties). Developing and maintaining customer service skills. The intern will learn reservation computer system, reservations procedures, and learn how the front desk interacts with all other departments within the Rooms division. Will be responsible for a thesis project to include but not limited to research, planning and documentation on the opening of RCSC

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Ability to communicate in English with guest, co-workers and management to their understanding.
• Previous experience or knowledge of Rooms operation preferred.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.

Desirable

Job Summary :

The Bartender will mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of the hotel, directly or through servers following standard recipes.
