• Deliver accurate, compelling stories with speed and clarity.
• Cover city hall, state politics, business developments, and community events.
• Source stories that matter by building strong, local connections.
• Use public records and data to drive investigative reporting.
• Collaborate with editors and digital producers to optimize storytelling for digital audiences.
• Juggle breaking news with longer-term enterprise work - and know when to pivot as news breaks.
