CHeBA HUT Trainer
We are seeking a highly motivated CHeBA HUT Trainer to join our team. As a CHeBA HUT Trainer, you will be responsible for training new employees on our company policies, procedures, and standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all employees are up-to-date on the latest menu items, promotions, and customer service techniques. This means you must know the CHeBA HUT product like the back of your hand.

Responsibilities :

- Conducting training sessions for new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensuring that all employees are up-to-date on the latest menu items, promotions, and customer service techniques
- Providing ongoing coaching and support to employees to help them improve their performance
- Collaborating with other trainers and managers to identify areas for improvement and develop new training programs
- Maintaining accurate records of employee training and development
