Career Team is looking to hire an Employment Specialist who is experienced in workforce development to serve clients and lead workshops of the Pathways for Access to Careers and Employment Workforce Development Program (PACE) Team. The approach of the PACE Program emphasizes that there is no one-size-fits-all solution for clients needing education and or training support. This role requires expertise in coaching, facilitation, and teaching to welcome clients into the program and prepare them for employment through engaging instruction and orientations. This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
