A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Remote)-SPM.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform and advise clients on best practices
Contribute to multiple Agile engagements to enhance project efficiency and quality
Define technical approaches, lead scrums, and oversee Go-Live planning efforts while ensuring technical quality on customer projects
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically SPM and ATF
10+ years of client-facing professional consulting experience, preferably with ServiceNow
Experience with Agile methodology, including leading sprint planning and reviewing stories against business requirements
Ability to lead client-facing workshops and conduct independent calls with customers
Experience with code migrations and providing feedback on technical development and configuration
