Job Title : Performance Test Engineer and Lead
Location : GREENSBORO, NC
Duration : Full Time
Job Description :
- 8 – 10 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Domain
- Knowledge of creating Performance Testing Proposals and experience in Performance Testing Consulting Assignments
- Hands-on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level)
- Solid experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations
- Experience in performance test design, planning, work load modelling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements for testing
- Hands-on experience in Load Runner
- Hands-on experience in profiling and performance monitoring
- Hands-on experience in using analytic tools like Omniture, google analytics and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Tivoli, Sitescope etc
- Able to recommend test methodologies, approach, strategic direction for testing and improving application's performance
- Defining performance testing and monitoring strategies / plans
