Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a holistic people strategy aligned with company goals and values
Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, talent planning, and change management
Oversee the employee lifecycle and manage performance management and career development systems
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in People / HR roles, with 3+ years in a leadership or strategic HRBP capacity
Proven track record in building or scaling people functions across various HR areas
Experience in designing equitable compensation and growth pathways
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and best practices for remote or hybrid teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
