Job Description

Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Program Manager to join our Cloud practice. If you thrive on helping clients use progressive technology solutions to optimize their business practices, this Program Manager opportunity is a fit for you. You will leverage Oracle Cloud Project knowledge to contribute to a collaborative, client-success driven environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent consulting services to our clients and assisting in delivering Oracle Cloud projects. You will align deliverables and milestone metrics for project success and develop comprehensive business solutions for client system optimization. As a key member of our Cloud Optimization team, you will work with business stakeholders, project managers, and consultants to develop, plan, and implement Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Program Management for Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP projects
• Provide strategic direction and governance for company-wide vision and standards
• Partner with leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams to maintain project alignment, mitigate risks, and deliver meaningful outcomes for client and practice success
• Execute cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects
• Engage in discussions regarding Oracle systems and operational processes with end users and across disciplines (functional, technical, project / change management, operations)
• Manage and monitor Oracle Cloud projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Lead a team of consultants and client personnel through different project phases and build relationships while overseeing projects
• Serve as the primary liaison to ensure clear communication and alignment on project priorities and technology solutions
