Location : Atlanta, Georgia, USA Specialty : Mammography Technician Type : Travel Schedule : 5x8s Days Time : 13 weeks

Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a rewarding travel opportunity for a Travel Mammography Technologist in Atlanta, GA. This assignment consists of five 8-hour day shifts per week, totaling 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Mammography Technologist :

  • Perform mammographic imaging procedures to assist in breast cancer screening and diagnosis
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Maintain high-quality imaging standards and adhere to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnostic results
  • Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records
  • Follow infection control and radiation safety guidelines

    • Requirements for the Travel Mammography Technologist :

  • Valid Georgia Mammography Technologist license or equivalent certification
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in mammography technology
