Process Documentation & Lean Support Specialist

CACI is seeking a flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented specialist to support process documentation, workflow capture, and continuous improvement initiatives within PA40. This role focuses on documenting processes, capturing best practices, and supporting lean approaches under government direction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in documenting technical and administrative processes across PA40.
  • Develop draft SOPs, workflow guides, and process maps for government review.
  • Support identification of process inefficiencies and propose improvement options.
  • Maintain repositories of process documents and version control.
  • Collaborate with project teams to capture lessons learned and codify repeatable practices.
  • Contribute to process transparency and workforce training materials.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Experience with process documentation or continuous improvement methods.
  • Required Skills & Attributes :

  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to capture workflows using flowcharts, diagrams, or similar tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Must be willing to work on site in Norco, California.

    Pay Range : This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location. Minimum Required Hourly Wage : $31.99.

    There are a host of other factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographical location, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
