Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 4 years of outpatient experience and current BLS certification for a day-shift contract.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

Outpatient physical therapy setting with a focus on neuro, ortho, balance, spine, cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, and sports medicine populations

Schedule consists of four 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 8 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m.

Therapist may treat a variety of patient conditions including vestibular if experienced

Use of Epic EMR is required

Role may require floating to other associated campuses as needed

First-time travelers are accepted for this role

Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences is enforced

Compliance and all required onboarding must be completed before the proposed start date

All facility modules assigned during orientation, typically averaging 2-4 hours

Background check required with no open cases permitted

Professional attire required; details to be confirmed with facility

Minimum 4 years of recent outpatient physical therapy experience required

NC PT license required (license required if applicable)

Current BLS certification required

Experience in neuro, ortho, cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, and sports medicine is required, vestibular experience preferred

Epic EMR experience required

Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted

Education credentials must be verifiable and not from restricted institutions
