Description :

This is a travel position for a CST in the Operating Room.

The unit has 14 ORs and approximately 70 FTEs.

Staffing includes 1 charge, 1 RN, and 1 Surg Tech per OR for the day shift, along with PCTs and a Trauma team.

Night shift staffing consists of 1 charge, 1 RN, and 1 Surg Tech.

Patient ratios are estimated at 1 : 1 but not guaranteed.

Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Meditech, is required.

Candidates will be prioritized based on flexible scheduling and relevant experience in trauma and Level I facilities.

The unit performs a variety of procedures, excluding CVOR, Neuro, and Transplants.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a high level of accountability and expertise.
