Pay Information

$400 to $500 per hour

About The Position

Interventional Radiology Locums - Georgia, Light IR Only

Low-acuity IR coverage in Georgia with block scheduling, fast onboarding, and no diagnostic reads.

Highlights

  • Light IR only; no DR reads required
  • 1-3 weeks / month, you pick the blocks
  • 24-hour call during onsite weeks

Practice Setting

  • Inpatient setting with full support from tech, lab, and ED teams
  • Not-for-profit hospital with modern tools : PACS, Meditech, Vocera
  • Strong community presence and tech-driven environment

    • Schedule

  • Full-week blocks, onsite hours 7a-5p with 24-hour call
  • Dates open through spring; choose any month
  • Over 300 days available annually

    • Cases and Procedures

  • IR-only : nephrostomy, biliary drainage, CT- and US-guided procedures
  • Diagnostic scope : GI bleed localization, no general DR reads
  • Light case load and well-supported workflows

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified in Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology
  • Active Georgia license or open to IMLC physicians
  • BLS and DEA required

    • Travel Accommodations

  • All-inclusive rates; provider manages logistics
