ServiceNow Integration Analytics Lead

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Systems Integration & Analytics Lead responsible for unifying enterprise data flows and delivering advanced analytics across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow integration initiatives with customer instances and internal systems

Design, implement, and manage data pipelines for seamless data flows

Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and standardize KPIs across programs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Advanced proficiency with ServiceNow configuration, reporting, and data modeling

Proven track record leading enterprise system integrations, specifically with ServiceNow

Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel

Experience with API design and cross-platform workflows
