About TBC

TBC’s trucking team enjoys a generous compensation package, overtime, sleep time pay, newer trucks (2017 and newer), performance bonus and weekly pay. This role will also maintain a regular route and reoccurring customers.

Job Description

Average pay $106k annually

Mon-Fri Sleeper Cab (up to 4 nights sleeping out regionally.....paid sleeper pay)

AVG 50-60 hours per week, (O / T anything over 40hrs worked per week)

• Robust vacation package - up to 1 week in first year, and 2 weeks after year one
• Paid sick time after 1 year

TBC is seeking an experienced Class A CDL truck driver, can be based out of our  Waterloo, IN facility . The ideal candidate will be experienced with securing and transporting deliveries  regionally, as well as delivering excellent customer service to our partners.
